THE TYTANIUM PURE PROGRAM
The Tytanium PURE program was implemented to allow team members to go above and beyond the call of duty to give back to our colleagues, clients, and community.
It is not about our company nor is it about us as individuals. It is a focus on the collective whole and the betterment of those around us. PURE is about our number one goal, helping and serving others.
That's why, once a year, we give out the PURE Award to a team member who has embodied PURE that year. This award comes with money they can then use to give back to others.
Be A Part of Tytanium Pure Kindness is a powerful thing
Just because we only give the PURE award once a year doesn't mean we ignore it the other 364 days of the year. The act of serving and being kind to others is a daily habit we foster in our team and outside of work.
